The JROOZ IELTS Review Center Cebu Program was offered to Cebu residents for the first time in 2011. The IELTS preparation and review course was initially given in the same unit at 7th floor of Metrobank Building in Osmeña Boulevard, Cebu City, as the TOEFL-iBT review. Seeing a rapid increase in the number of students, the IELTS department moved to the 11th floor and later to 16th floor of the same building with its own fully equipped lecture and coaching rooms.

Since its inception, JROOZ has continuously catered to a large variety of reviewees from numerous professions and vocations, who know that the JROOZ IELTS Review Center Cebu can give them the training they need to pass the IELTS exam. Our unique program combines lectures, workshops, tests and coaching sessions that give our students the practical skills needed to ace the IELTS examination. IELTS students are grouped according to their language skill levels. This allows for effective IELTS training and no student is left behind.
